decided to go for this 150gsm duvet insert over 250gsm as I don't sleep in aircon, but get cold easily. the duvet insert is not too thick, but still gives some weight to it. nice and airy, it's really the ideal summer duvet!

I nap a lot during the day which is why I like that its lightweight to use for day naps but thick enough to keep you warm at night. Also like the internal hook straps so the duvet doesn't shift. I'm coming back for their bedsheets next!
